I support people through one to one coaching with love, challenge and providing the space to work through the issues they are having in their lives that are stopping them from loving their lives.

At the moment I really understand and hear that some folk, particularly parents, are finding life challenging enough and maybe coaching for the future plans is too much…that’s okay, give yourself some love and a break.

And how about coaching for right now? To help you manage how you are feeling/coping/managing day to day…I have an effective problem to solution coaching question approach that can be used to pretty much any issues that you have and takes 1/2 an hour of your time. I normally do this whilst walking as the walking helps your brain focus on the solution finding. In social isolation the best way to is for me and you to find our individual places to walk, a park, by the river, wherever is safe for you, and we conduct the session over the phone.

I am charging £29.50 as standard, a reduced rate (recognising the challenging times we are all in, normally I charge £40 that is discounted against my full coaching programme) which is paid by card in advance via SumUp virtual payment system.
